As cold weather approaches, an act born from the desire to help those in need will bring warmth to hundreds in the year to come. Emma Young has given blankets to the Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) and local homeless shelters since she was in 9th grade, all with the intention of having them go to those in need. According to CAC’s Executive Director Cassell Davis, the blankets are one of the items included in a comfort bag given to children after forensic interviews.
