A woman has been sentenced to 10 days in jail for beating up her boyfriend in an assault that left him with a busted head and teeth marks on his arm.The woman, Breanna Marie Walters, 41, entered a guilty plea to the charge of domestic assault and was directed to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and undergo batterer intervention classes. The incident happened at the home of the victim’s mother after Walters showed up sounding her car horn outside until he came out. The victim said he told her to leave and returned to his mother’s apartment, only to be followed inside by Walters.“She kicked me in the stomach and I fell back into a china cabinet,” the victim told the judicial commissioner in seeking the warrant against Walters.
