GRUETLI LAAGER, Tenn. — Grundy County Sheriff Clint Shrum says a woman was arrested and 211 dogs were rescued from a property in the county near the Gruetli-Laager community over the weekend, in what one local animal advocacy group described as a “bone yard.”
