Dark window tint has resulted in an eight-year sentence for a woman with a long criminal history, but she will only have to serve 210 of those days behind bars. Deanna Sue Baker was ordered to serve 210 days by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley for possession of meth with intent to deliver and violation of the habitual traffic offender status. Charges dismissed due to her plea deal include driving on a suspended license second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and violation of the window tint law.
