The city of McMinnville is seeking a building to rehouse its Civic Center activities, including the Wellness Center, when renovation of the facility begins. “We are looking for a building to rent for two years,” said city administrator Bill Brock, during a Parks and Recreation Committee meeting. “I don’t care if it’s an open space or at the mall.
