A Warren County High School student was shot and killed Tuesday morning in neighboring Cannon County after reportedly attacking a homeowner.Scout Sullivan, 17, was killed during the incident, according to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. It happened just over the Warren County line on Spurlock Road, which is off Short Mountain Road in the Blues Hill community.According to reports, Sullivan was spotted Tuesday morning in the yard of a homeowner acting in an unusual manner. He was said to be in the area looking for a relative.When the homeowner approached Sullivan, he was reportedly not talking coherently.
