Warren County High School’s Annex Commencement Ceremony was held Tuesday and honored graduating seniors with their diplomas. Dr. Grant Swallows, director of schools, gave an impactful and empowering speech to the graduating class which encouraged graduates to persevere, stay accountable and love one another.
