Indictments were handed down Friday in the regular September session of the Warren County grand jury, including charges against a man who attempted to convert stolen exhaust devices into cash. 

The man, Clifton Dale Bonner, was indicted on 12 counts of theft over $1,000 and 12 counts of vandalism. Charges stem from 13 victims reporting the loss of catalytic converters. There were 12 individual vehicle owners and one local business owner, Prater’s Auto Repair.

According to Warren County Sheriff’s Department, reports were received that Bonner was attempting to sell the items in Sparta. His vehicle was stopped on Highway 70. A search of the vehicle recovered 10 catalytic converters. 

In other indictments handed down by the September session of the Warren County grand jury:

Joshua Andrew Biles was indicted on charges of meth for resale, marijuana for resale, driving while in possession of meth, resisting arrest, and driving while license revoked.

Randall Keith Boehm Jr. was indicted on four counts of theft and four counts of fraudulent use of a debit/credit card.

Randall Keith Boehm Jr. was indicted on the charge of domestic assault.

Junior Dale Brewer II was indicted on the charge of two counts of aggravated assault.

Britton L. Cantrell was indicted on the charge of possession of meth.

William Zachary Cowans was indicted on the charge of DUI and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.

John Dodson was indicted on the charge of public intoxication.

Christopher L. Ferguson was indicted on charges of aggravated kidnapping, carrying or possession of a weapon by a felon, and driving on suspended license.

Amber Jade Flores was indicted on theft of property (an automobile), third offense driving on revoked license, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of drug paraphernalia, and escape.

Casey B. Gibbs was indicted on a charge of possession of meth with intent to sell.

Aguinaga Gonzales was indicted on charges of domestic aggravated assault and interference with emergency call.

Richard Jewell Goodwin was indicted on a charge of manufacture/sell/delivery of meth. 

Jeth Ray Grissom was indicted on charges of simple possession of Xanax, possession of a handgun while under the influence, and DUI.

Justin L. Hill was indicted on a charge of seventh-offense driving on revoked license and evading arrest.

Kendra Lynn Hillis was indicted on a charge of possession of meth and shoplifting.

Charles Jaco was indicted on a charge of possession of meth.

Lance Patrick Johnson was indicted on charges of aggravated assault, domestic assault, possession of a firearm by a felon, and public intoxication. 

Randall Wayne Johnson was indicted on charges of two counts of aggravated assault. 

Jeremiah Lewis King was indicted on charges of reckless endangerment, evading arrest in a motor vehicle, and driving without proper license. 

Emmanuel Cardenas Lopez, Christopher De LaPazwas and Mary Alexis were indicted on charges of manufacture/sell/delivery of meth, simple possession of marijuana, possession of a fireman during commission of a dangerous felony, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Lonnie Lee Medley was indicted on charges of two counts of aggravated domestic assault and reckless endangerment.

Robert Michael Moffitt was indicted on charges of aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, and violation of an order of protection.

Donald Gene Muncey was indicted on the charge of theft of property.

Misty Dawn Newby was indicted on the charge of aggravated domestic assault.

John Northcutt was indicted on a charge of disorderly conduct.

John Northcutt was indicted on charges of burglary, theft, theft of property, and burglary of a vehicle.

James Richard Phillips was indicted on charges of fourth-offense DUI and reckless endangerment. 

Cody Simmons was indicted on a charge of simple possession of meth.

Timothy Adam Swoape was indicted on charges of aggravated burglary and vandalism.

Johnny Miles Tindell was indicted on charges of burglary of a vehicle, theft of property, and possession of a firearm by a felon. 

Trayton Whipple was indicted on charges of burglary of a vehicle, theft of property, and possession of a firearm by a felon. 

Sam Landon Womack was indicted on charges of simple possession of schedule six, fourth-offense DUI, and manufacture/sell/delivery of possession of meth.

Geoffrey Scott Wood was indicted on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of possession of a weapon by a felon.

Wanda Joyce Drake was indicted on a charge of shoplifting and first-offense DUI.

Lucas Campbell was indicted on charges of fourth offense driving on revoked license, two counts of evading arrest, reckless endangerment, and speeding.
