For the second time this month, a Walmart employee has been busted for skimming from the cash register.The latest arrest comes in the case of Brianna Faith Frazho, 19. She has been charged with felony theft. She waived her right to a preliminary hearing last week and has been bound to the grand jury on the charge of theft over $1,000.The teen was charged after a shortage of cash was discovered at her register.
