Tuesday, June 27

The county Budget and Finance Committee meets at 4 p.m. to consider proposed budgets for fiscal year 2017-18.

The city Building and Grounds Committee meets at 6 p.m. to review the Planning and Zoning Department’s proposed budget for fiscal year 2017-18.

The city Water and Sewer Committee meets at 6:15 p.m. to review the Water and Sewer Department’s proposed budget for fiscal year 2017-18.

The city Streets and Sanitation Committee meets at 6:30 p.m. to discuss drainage issues and review Public Works Department’s proposed budget for fiscal year 2017-18.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen regular session begins at 7 p.m. Under consideration: 1) An ordinance to adopt a new policies and procedures manual for McMinnville Police Department; 2) An ordinance to enter into a contract with the state to fund $4,000 a month in rent for the Driver Testing Center.

Thursday, June 29

The county Financial Management Committee meets at 3:30 p.m. Several items of business will be discussed. Among them: 1) Request for proposals for architectural services upgrades renovations 2017 for Warren County Schools; 2) Irving College Elementary School gymnasium wall repairs: 3) Award bid for under-desk bike pedal exerciser for Warren County Schools; 4) Award bid for carpet replacement at the Warren County Administrative Building; 5) UCHRA lease agreement; 6) Manchester Funeral Home agreement; 7) Budget amendments and transfers, if any; 8) Surplus property approval and disposal, if any; 9) Trustee’s report.
