The city Building and Grounds Committee will meet at 5:30 p.m. to discuss conveyance of property to the Industrial Development Board and discuss a Habitat lot reverting back to the city.
The city Parks and Recreation Committee will meet at 5:40 p.m. to discuss purchase of sod for Pistole Park Field No. 9 and discuss Barnes property.
The city Streets and Sanitation Committee will meet at 6 p.m. to discuss Rotary’s River Cleanup.
The city Water and Sewer Committee will meet at 6:15 p.m. to discuss leak adjustment policy.
The city’s Safety Committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. to review changes to the Police Department’s rules, policies and procedures manual.
McMinnville's Board of Mayor and Aldermen will hold its regular session at 7 p.m. Among items of business: 1) resolution authoring the city to participate in The Pool’s Driver Safety Matching Grant Program; 2) resolution authorizing the city to participate in The Pool’s Safety Partners Loss Control Matching Safety Grant Program; 3) resolution to enter into an agreement with HFR for Civic Center renovation plans; 4) resolution to accept a bid from All Recreation for shade structures at Gilley Pool; 5) ordinance to change Solid Waste Collection fees; 6) ordinance to purchase 202 Bell Street for $750,000 for the McMinnville Water and Sewer Department; 7) ordinance to allow the transfer of funds within McMinnville Water and Sewer Department for the purchase of 202 Bell Street.
