Unless otherwise indicated, county meetings are held at the Warren County Administrative Offices located at 201 Locust Street and city meetings are held at City Hall located at 101 E. Main Street.

Tuesday, April 11

The county Health and Welfare Committee will meet at 5 p.m. to receive monthly reports from Animal Control and Adoption Center, Health Department and Sanitation Department.
 
The city Building and Grounds Committee will meet at 6 p.m. to discuss storm water update and donating land to Habitat for Humanity.
The city Finance Committee will meet at 6:25 p.m. to discuss a grant writer and IT person, and discuss step increases for city employees for fiscal year 2017-18.

The city Water and Sewer Committee will meet at 6:50 p.m. to discuss purchase of property for Water and Sewer Department, and Waste Water Treatment Plant roof repairs.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen regular session will begin at 7 p.m. Among the numerous items to be discussed are 14 ordinances amending the city’s municipal code and two resolutions: 1) hiring Tinsley Asphalt to pave; 2) a lease agreement with McMinnville Green for the city’s Transfer Station. 

Thursday, April 13

The county Budget and Finance Committee will meet at 4:45 p.m. to discuss a budget transfer, budget amendments (if any), and TCRS employer contribution rate.
