A two-car collision took place on Smithville Highway at its intersection with the bypass in front of Applebee’s restaurant on Tuesday night. Jasmine Nicole Brasfield was cited for failure to yield when she tried to make a left onto the bypass and pulled into the path of Anna Blair, 26. They were both transported to Saint Thomas River Park Hospital for injuries not believed to be serious. - photo by Lacy Garrison
