Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.

Charlie Chad Barnes was ordered to serve 180 days for second-offense driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.

Charles Burger was ordered to serve 45 days for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Virgil W. Ferrell was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and lose his driver license for one year for DUI.

Scott Pedigo was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence for third-offense DUI, simple possession and driving on a revoked license.

Cynthia L. Smitherman was ordered to serve 60 days and was fined $750 for possession of meth, first-offense DUI, reckless endangerment and violation of probation.

Samuel Womack was ordered to serve 32 days for first-offense DUI with a child and simple possession.
