Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.

Trevin C. Childress was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

The following people were sentenced for first-offense DUI. They include Dustin D. Elrod, Tammy Ferguson, Rhonda N. Moran, Sydney L. Brown, Alden Deangelo King, and Ethan Markum. They were ordered to serve 48 hours, pay a $350 fine, perform 24 hours public service work, and have their driver license revoked for one year.

Ashley D. Rarick was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license.

Stanley Morris was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession and third-offense driving on a revoked license.

Debbie Swallows was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license.

Corey Pleasant was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for evading arrest.

Brad Bauer was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession.

Apolinar Baldazar was ordered to serve 48 hours for second-offense driving on a suspended license.

Christopher Higgins was ordered to serve 120 days for sixth-offense driving on a suspended license. He also had probation revoked. 

Joshua Frank Walta was ordered to serve 48 hours for driving on a canceled license, non-resident.

Michael Brandon Moore was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Jody Lynn Jennings (60 days) and Alden Deangelo King (45 days).
