Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Thursday in Traffic Court.

Jose Rodriguez Martinez was ordered to serve eight days of a six-month sentence and perform 12 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.

Julian Martinez was ordered to serve 48 hours for driving on a suspended license.

Nicholas Ryan Myers was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay a $750 fine for possession of meth. He must also have an alcohol and drug assessment.

Marty Richardson was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence for criminal impersonation.

Ordered to serve jail time for violation of probation were Emilio Cruz Ramirez (18 days) and Sheila A. Hobbs (45 days on house arrest).

Sentenced for first-offense DUI were Scarlett D. Lawrence, Jose Vega, Maxi Goff, Brittany A. Duggin, Charles A. Fults, and Jacqueline Jones. They must serve 48 hours in jail of an 11-29 sentence, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, pay a $350 fine, and have their driver’s license revoked for one year.

Brandon S. Rains was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense DUI. He had his driver’s license revoked for four years, must perform 64 hours public service work, and pay a $600 fine.

Emilio Cruz Ramirez was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license and evading arrest.

Norman L. Sprague was ordered to serve 10 days for failure to appear.

Maggie E. White was ordered to wear a bracelet and serve 90 days on house arrest for sixth-offense driving on a suspended license.
