Judge Bill Locke issued the following sentences in Traffic Court.
Houston Shane Anderson was sentenced to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for third-offense driving on a suspended license.
Rocio Elena Lopez Chavez was sentenced to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a suspended license.
Sentenced for first-offense DUI were Jake L. Green, Loretta Lynn Elkins, John Douglas Parker Jr., Mauro Ponce Jr., Wesley Thompson, Charles Anthony Webb, Leonard Kenneth Grubbs and Sherry Hudgens. They must serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay a $350 fine, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, and have their driver license revoked for one year.
Leonard Kenneth Grubbs was sentenced to serve 20 days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license and DUI. He must pay a $350 fine, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, and have his driver license revoked for one year.
Kristan I. Ware must forfeit her weapon and serve three days of an 11-29 sentence for first-offense DUI and possession of a handgun under the influence. She must pay a $350 fine, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, and have her driver license revoked for one year.
Amber Jade Flores was sentenced to serve 32 days of an 11-29 sentence for possession of meth and first-offense DUI. She must pay a $1,100 fine, perform 48 hours public service work, and have her driver license revoked for one year.
Garrett Lance was sentenced to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence and perform 36 hours public service work for second-offense driving on a revoked license and evading arrest.
