Judge Bill Locke has ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court.

Timothy Harold Bates was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay a $350 fine and lose his driver license for one year for first-offense DUI.

Phillip Joe Potter was ordered to serve eight months in jail for eighth-offense driving on a revoked license.

Charles Burger was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence for second-offense driving on a revoked license.

James Earl Owen was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $350 fine and lose his driver license for one year for first-offense DUI.

Jeremy Curtis Duncan was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and was fined $750 for possession of meth. He was granted a judicial diversion meaning the charge can be erased from his record if he gets in no further trouble.
