Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases Thursday in Traffic Court.


Jared Anthony Vogel was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence for driving on a revoked license second offense. He was ordered to serve 90 additional days for violation of probation, and another 10 days for failure to appear.


Chelsey West was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence for driving on a revoked license. She must also perform 48 hours public service work.


Kayla Lashae McCormick had probation revoked for violation of probation.


Chad Rogers was ordered to serve 65 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay a $750 fine and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of meth, driving on a revoked license second offense, and evading arrest.


Corey Smith was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence for third-offense DUI. He must also pay a $1,100 fine, perform 40 hours public service work and have his license revoked for six years.  Smith was sentenced to serve an additional 48 hours for assault.


Brittany M. Stacey was given 11-29 probation and fined $750 for simple possession. She was granted a judicial diversion, meaning the charge can be erased in one year if she gets in no further trouble.


James Marshall Weddington was given 10 days for violation of conditional release. He was also ordered to attend batterer’s intervention for domestic assault and given probation for aggravated criminal trespass.
