Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Anita Jean Cantrell was bound to the grand jury on charges of fourth-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.Damon Shay Perkins was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, lose his driver license for one year and attend DUI Class on two counts of DUI.Freddy Ramirez was directed to serve five days of a six-month sentence, pay $50 and perform 24 hours public service work for criminal impersonation.Roy Kilgore, Kyle Jernigan and Amy Leigh Estes were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Matthew Christopher Jones was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI and simple possession of marijuana.Timothy Aaron Higgins was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.Freddy I. Ramirez was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Brian A. Rogers was bound to the grand jury on charges of grand theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license.Richard William Kurtz was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of drugs. The diversion means his record will be erased once his probation is over.Brittany L. Smith was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $160 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.Thomas Hunter Rains was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Liberio Rayon Cabrera, Violet Mendez Vallejo, Rodrigo G. Gonzalez, Alonzo Gomez Francisco and Guadalupe Ferrer were fined $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
