Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Mario Castandena Garcia was ordered to serve 47 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.Allison Blair was given an 11-29 sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Charlise Danielle Washer was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.Abby R. Anderson was giving a six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Matthew E. Bowen was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation and driving on a revoked license.Mathew E. Bowen was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Jerry M. Lee Jr. was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Scotty R. Cranford, Richard William Kurtz, James Allen Holt, Felicia L. Jefferson and Martha Irene Caswell were handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Oscar Daniel Garcia must pay $50 plus costs for reckless driving.Victor Alfonso Cardenas, Steven Lee Wade, Marlenne Espinoza, Hector Soctero Gutierres, Elizabeth G. Bunch and Juan Carlos Rodriguez must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Terrence Johnson must serve the balance of his sentence, plus 10 days, for violation of probation and failure to appear in court.
