Sentences were handed down Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:James L. Brown was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $50 plus costs for fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.James M. Pegg was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Damien Martin was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI School and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and simple possession of marijuana.Melinda R. Womack was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.Rachel Jones was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Morris Richardson was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.Mandy Lynn McBride and Tonya Miller were directed to serve 48 hours of six-month sentences, pay $50 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.Wyatt Taylor Hale was directed to serve a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $10 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Shealia E.
