Sentences were handed down by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in court action:Charles William Moore was directed to serve six months for driving on a revoked license.Justin Lee Hill Jr. was ordered to serve 90 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and pay $760 plus costs for possession of drugs, and driving on a revoked license. He was also directed to forfeit his weapon.Isaac L. Moore was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and perform 24 hours public service work for driving on a revoked license.Justin T. Barrett was ordered to serve 10 days, make restitution and pay $10 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license.Noe M. Thomas was instructed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, perform 24 hours public service work and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Jeffery Dwayne Smartt was bound to the grand jury on the charge of reckless endangerment.Robert James Tanner was bound to the grand jury on the charge of reckless endangerment.Eduardo Rodriguez was directed to serve seven days of an 18-month sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, make restitution, attend DUI Class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.Gregory Chase Gibson was ordered to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $800 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI, simple possession of drugs and driving on a suspended license.Edwina Shedlock was handed an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and forfeit her weapon for unlawful possession of a weapon.Reveriano Rodriguez was bound to the grand jury on charges of driving on a revoked license.Jared Anthony Vogel was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI Class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.Allen Lee Beals must pay $50 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident.Kali Nicole Bogle, Randall Moore, Kayla Michelle Bowdoin and Felipe S. Sebastian must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
