Judge Bill Locke ruled on the following cases in Traffic Court. Cody Kincannon was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, and pay a $600 fine for second-offense DUI. Carolyn Price was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for simple possession, and driving on a revoked license third offense. She was given 24 hours public service work.
