Sentences were handed down recently by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court.Included in traffic court action:Julio Cesar Ramirez was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and lose driving privileges for two years for second-offense DUI.Jerry Tate was directed to serve 30 days of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license. He was given 30 more days for violation of probation.Marcus Johnson was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license and violation of probationJohnny Tindell was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Benito Castorena was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for criminal impersonation.Curtis Allen Lloyd was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a revoked license.Ashley N. Myers was released on time-served of a six-month sentence, must pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.Randi Atnip and Stephen Felton Gay Jr. were instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Shelby Lane Turner was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.Paulino Valencia Alonza, Tiffany Williams and Lili Martinez Gandarillas must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
