Bendyna was ordered to serve 48 hours, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.Brittni Fisk was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for driving on a suspended license.Steven Hankins was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a revoked license.Brittany Nichole Pickett was issued an 11-month, 29-day judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession of marijuana. The diversion means she can have her record erased after she completes her probation.Andrew Jarrett Winfree must pay $50 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.Jhea G. Williams was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving without a license.Juan Carrillo was instructed to serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Julio Cesar Cruz, David Paul Easley and Spencer Applegate must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
