Sentences were handed down Thursday against several in Traffic Court for offenses ranging from multiple offense drunk driving to getting behind the wheel without a license.Included in cases heard by General Sessions Judge Bill Locke:Russell Walls was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs and lose his driver license for six years for third-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.Michael McDowell was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.Bobby Wayne Pinegar was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and driving on a suspended license.Robert Kenneth Frazier was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and forfeit driving privileges for one year for DUI.Eugene C. Smith was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license. He must also serve two days for failure to appear in court.Omar J. Vivas was placed on probation for six months and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a suspended license.Norma Romero was given a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.Misty Nicole Breedlove must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.Juan Antonio Jimenez, David G. Bradford, Sheena D. Bates, Kayla Bogle, Oscar C. Desantiago, Katoris A. Fincher, Nathan A. Moore, Joshua Paul Spaulding, Thomas Hunter Rains, and Misael Torres must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
