Felony assault charges have been leveled against a Warren County Jail inmate who broke another prisoner’s jaw. The inmate, Johnny Miles Tindell, 34, could face three to six years if he is convicted of the charge of aggravated assault. Investigators say he assaulted fellow inmate Marty Andrew Muncey.
