Three people were hit with weapons charges after they were each caught with guns in their possession, one of the pistols hidden underneath the car’s hood.The suspects, Garrett D. Lance, Edwina Shedlock and David Scott are all charged with possession of a weapon and possession of methamphetamine. They will face hearing on Nov. 10.Their charges come after Deputy Brystol Davis noticed Lance exiting a Nissan Maxima and raising the hood of the car before walking into the Shell Station on North Chancery. The deputy confronted Lance when he came out of the store and closed down his hood.
