A Coffee County teen accused of helping murder a Mt. Leo man during a botched drug robbery earlier this year now faces a felony assault charge for attacking a fellow inmate at Warren County Jail.The suspect, Malik Luquon Scott, 18, has been indicted on the charge of aggravated assault and could face three to six years in prison on the count if he is convicted.Scott is one of six Coffee County youths charged with the shooting death of Oswaldo Luna, 43, who was gunned down in his sleep in January. Prosecutors say Sam Brinkley, who was 17 at the time, opened fire when he stepped into the small trailer where Luna was sleeping.
Teen charged with assault
