Warren County’s 6th District has a new commissioner.Phillip Stout was unanimously approved by the full Warren County Commission on Tuesday night. He will fill what remains of the term left by the late Billy Earl Jones. The seat was recently vacated by Jones’ wife, Linda, who was appointed in December 2015 and resigned Jan. 2 after serving more than one year.
