What started as a show of support has turned into a celebration.An event called Standing with Standing Rock is set for this Saturday at Stonewood Bluff & Amphitheater, formerly Pish-La-Ki. Hours are 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.A day of Native American-based activities was intended to raise money to help the Dakota Pipeline protest in North Dakota. But the U.S. Army announced Sunday it will not allow the oil pipeline to be built, for now, under Lake Oahe, a key source of water for the Sioux Tribe.
