McMinnville’s air will soon be filled with the smell of competition as Smokin’ in McMinnville kicks off this Friday, Aug. 10 and continues through Saturday. Professional teams will be rolling in this week. This Kansas City Barbeque Society-sanctioned event has attracted 28 teams.
