Charges have been dropped against a man who allegedly shot another man -- with the victim ordered into court to explain why he shouldn’t be thrown in jail for not showing up to prosecute the case.The man, Michael Anthony Wright Jr., 27, had charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a weapon dropped during his appearance before General Sessions Judge Bill Locke. A show cause order was filed against the victim, Joshua Taylor, for failing to show up for court. He will be required to tell the judge why he didn’t show up despite being under subpoena.
