A man faces a long list of charges after he led lawmen on a chase through hills and dales just before Christmas, the pursuit ending when he drove his vehicle into a pond. The fugitive, Anthony Steven Alley, 41, was originally wanted for violation of probation but now faces charges including evading arrest and reckless endangerment. Officers went to a residence on Taylor Road to arrest him but before they could place him into custody he jumped behind the wheel of a 2001 Chevy Tahoe and took off, racing through a nursery field.
