The hearing on the rezoning in advance of a proposed development on Pace Street is scheduled to go forward April 25 but has been rescheduled from 6:45 to 6:30 p.m. Carol Rutledge will be in attendance again to act as spokesperson for residents of Pace Street who oppose a potential rezoning proposal by Heron Homes. Rutledge and Janice Brimer have been working on getting signatures to turn over to the mayor on April 18 before the rezoning hearing.
