Sentences were handed down against several who failed to take advantage of their second chances. Included in probation violators:William Bouldin must serve one year in jail before being released on community corrections for violation of probation.Sean David Ledbetter was instructed to serve 364 days for violation of probation. He will be furloughed to the Life Changes program.Jerry Michael Lee had his judicial diversion set aside and must serve one year.
