Park Theater’s Predators watch parties hooked more than 300 people who wanted to watch the big games on a big screen.“We had good crowds for the Predators. We had over 200 in the viewing of the fifth game and a little over 100 for the second game,” said McMinnville Parks and Recreation director Scott McCord, who added the Predators losing to the Pittsburgh Penguins did dull the festive nature of the events. “It didn’t turn out like we wanted it to, but those who were there enjoyed it.”The parties were a partnership between the city of McMinnville and Ben Lomand Connect to offer the final two games of the Stanley Cup Finals.Currently ongoing at the park is A Summer Theater Camp with The Jumping Jacks and the Beanstalk, a camp focused on offering children a chance to experience theater.
