Work could soon begin to install a bus entrance into Irving College Elementary School. “Before the budget year is out, we hope to get the entrance cut and the sub-surface down,” said Director of Schools Bobby Cox to members of the Warren County Board of Education on Thursday night. “Then come back in and do the paving after everything is complete.
