Midway CIC awards were presented during the opening ceremony of Monday’s Fourth of July celebration. The 2016 Midway CIC Citizenship Award was presented to Joey and Angie Spicer, while the 2016 Humanitarian Award was presented in memory of Willard Brian Drake. The Spicers live in Midway.
