A man with a lengthy history of drug arrests was handed a 22-year prison sentence after he was caught selling meth while on probation.James Paul Bailey, 50, was handed the sentence as a Range 3 offender due to his lengthy criminal record. “He is a career offender, a habitual drug dealer,” said District Attorney General Liza Zavogiannis. “When you get up there to as many times as it’s been for him, his sentence could have been even higher.”
