Commissioner Michael Martin lashed out with profanity during a Warren County committee meeting on Tuesday. Verbal expletives were made in the direction of Commissioner Blaine Wilcher and the Southern Standard reporter covering the meeting. Martin also tossed Animal Control director Kim Pettrey from the room, threatening to have her removed from the building by a deputy.
