A man who torched the home where he was staying while his hosts slept will serve a year in jail for arson.The man, William Frances Schwab, 63, entered a guilty plea before Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to the charge of aggravated arson and was directed to serve one year of a six-year sentence. He was also ordered to make $30,000 restitution to the victims, Scott Bell and Kimberly Hennessee, at a rate of $50 per month.Schwab set their trailer on Guthrie Road near Dibrell on fire while the victims were inside asleep. He had been allowed to stay there as a guest, but he became angry at his hosts, claiming they had taken financial advantage of him.
