A felony arson charge has been leveled against a man who allegedly started a fire in the women’s bathroom at Yorozu. The man, Roy Anthony Haley, 47, is charged with aggravated arson and could face up to a quarter century behind bars if convicted. He will face hearing Jan. 9.
