Warren County High School is committed to providing career pathways that provide skills and confidence through their Transition School to Work Program. The Community Connections Transition Program is a postsecondary program for students ages 18-22 who need additional training and instruction before entering the workforce. The focus is to prepare for independent living, including employment, housing, community and training.
