Let's Get Growing - The invisible garden in winter

Winter is a season to take a rest from garden chores, except, perhaps, picking up some branches shaken down by the wind. We can keep feeders stocked with birdseed and suet, at a time when food is scarce, and keep birdbaths full for over-wintering birds. Other than some evergreens, the winter garden may appear desolate, but there is much life that is hidden away and unseen.
