Warren County Jail has more than 100 inmates more than it’s supposed to house and the county has no money for a temporary solution, according to commissioners who met to discuss the issue and determine what’s causing the problem.The capacity of the jail is 251. The number of inmates has reached 365. Sheriff Jackie Matheny has asked the county for assistance.“Jackie called me and said he had 365 inmates out there,” said County Executive Herschel Wells.
