The Black History Museum of Warren County, Tennessee, in partnership with Magness Library, opened a display in the library’s auditorium celebrating the rich history of Black education in the South on Saturday. Local leaders and members of the Warren County community celebrated the opening of the display as Black History Month began with multiple guest speakers, including MTSU professor Dr. Mary Hoffschwelle, who shared the history of Bernard School.
