A local man has reportedly admitted to a sex act with an 8-year-old girl, leading to the charge of child rape. The man, Mathew Ryan Harris, 26, has been charged and is currently free on $100,000 bond. According to the warrant issued by Sheriff’s Department investigator Jason Rowland, law enforcement officials were notified of the incident Dec. 12.
