Get a jump on the Halloween spirit with the annual Halloween Hustle 5K and 1-Mile Walk offered by Southern Standard on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 9 a.m. McMinnville officials unanimously sanctioned the event to be held on the Blue Building grounds. In attendance were Mayor Jimmy Haley, Vice Mayor Ben Newman, and Aldermen Jimmy Bonner, Ryle Chastain, Everett Brock, Mike Neal and Steve Harvey. All participants are encouraged to dress up.
